The associates are super friendly. The lady helping me buy my membership at the customer service/returns area was super knowledgeable and problem-solving seemed like her strong suit. The warehouse is usually super busy end week and so on, but the best time to come is in the beginning of the week, because by Wednesday it gets busier and busier until Monday again where it's almost like a restart. The store is also well-managed and well-maintained. It's usually super-clean and overall sanitary inside. The associates seem to all work together in unison with their radios, keeping everything like their operations running smoothly -- allowing for timely distribution and a great customer experience. Thanks Costco of E Stockton Blvd! EDIT: At of the time of writing this review, they are currently remodeling their food court (5/2/24), so the next Costco with an open food court is the one on Elk Grove Blvd, which may not be convenient for everyone.

Best Customer Service of all of Northern California's Costco's. We love the long-standing employees, the Costco Kirkland products, especially, the Rotisserie Chickens & Foodcourt, and who doesn't love Costco's overall Vibe?! Appreciate Pharmacy, miss the photo center . Do I dislike anything? Not at all. As a wife and Mom of four, I am so grateful to have a Costco Membership. I will always appreciate Costco.

Clean well organized, sometimes too organized. They like to move items around to get you to shop more and it works every time. Came in for two items and leaving with more than what I came for. Good thing they always have great deals and have more than what you need. The staff are also very friendly and help with look for things that you actually came for. Great return policy expect for Alcohol, electronics and jewelries Other else if you are not satisfied with your purchase they take it back with full refund.

Good parking with Therese if you like sheets in the summer Employees were very friendly at the tasting stations. The only thing I did not like was the fact that they have only four tables for eating. Meaning you cannot sit and eat meaning you have to take your pizza home and eat it when it's becoming cold which is not fun. They need at least 4 more tables please!!!!! Then I will give you five stars...

After filling up at their gasoline station, my wife wanted to search for a few items inside. And then she saw all the beautiful flowers! We stuffed them in our already crowded SUV before getting back on the road. Every Costco is somewhat unique, certain items not always found in others you may frequent. Like the food court. Indoors, with touch screen ordering. Very convenient. Not found in Santa Clarita but also found in another location we often visit in the Pacoima area of the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley. One downside though was the extremely small amount of food court tables. Fewer than I've ever seen at any other Costco. But I was soon able to score one for us so that we could enjoy the very popular and delicious Costco hot dog/soda combo, before heading back for home.

We went through the self checkout this evening and one item wouldn't scan. We asked for assistance and Fernando was so helpful and pleasant. He didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. Please be sure and give him KUDOS for being a great employee of Costco. I also saw that he was helping an elderly woman and speaking Spanish to her. What an asset to have Fernando as part of your team.
